University Projects

MSc Extracting statistics data for a Java applications quality analysis program (C++, STL, GNU/Linux). PhD students at the Université du Littoral designed the Ptolemais project which calculates software metrics from sources written in the Java language. To a certain extent, these metrics stand for coding quality.
Our job was to create a module that can extract all metrics from a XML file (using the libxml++ API), and store these values in a hierarchically organised C++ class model, which in turn could be used to produce charts efficiently.
Degree Graphical user interface for LINDOGraphical User Interface for a linear optimisation solver (C, GNU/Linux, Gtk+, Glib) LINDO is a linear optimisation solver, i.e. a program accepting equations as its input, and computing possible optima solutions for each variable of the problem.
Because LINDO is command-driven, our job was to provide a simple graphical interface, using the GTK+ and GLib libraries, and the LINDO API to simplify the input process and most common operations.
HND Chart ViewerWindows application displaying charts based on the results of SQL queries (Visual Basic, SQL) for Habitat 62/59 (Estate agency) Chart Viewer is a Visual Basic executable that displays 2D/3D statistics charts relative to contacts received by the agency (filtered by date and category).
This program relies on a Microsoft Access database, and constructs SQL queries dynamically.
